Tyler Bowings was an excellent senior service advisor. He was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about Jaguar and the maintenance work that we were having done. My only disappointment is the cost of mai He was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about Jaguar and the maintenance work that we were having done. My only disappointment is the cost of maintaining my beautiful jaguar XJ of 2011. During the last three years it has been very costly for me to maintain the car, however, I want to keep it in good condition and safe. The maintenance video showed clearly the work that needed to be done and the after maintenance video showed clearly what had been done. I think this is a good feature for jaguar to put the customer's mind at ease. Is there any way to cut back on future costs? At these prices it will be impossible for me to keep my jaguar running for many more years and since it only has 61,000 miles it is a shame to be in that position. More
