Dealership refused to work on vehicle because an interlock device is installed in it even though we informed them at the time the appointment was made. On the other hand, my experience with Kyle Rivera, the service manager, was mixed. While he helped investigate the issue and identify that my parts had not been ordered—as I was previously told—he mentioned he would follow up with a call, but unfortunately, I never received that follow-up. I appreciate his initial effort, but consistent communication would have made the experience much better. More
