I was a bit irritated (after giving your department more than 15 years of business) and was also not pleased that a loaner vehicle was not able to be made available for my use. Julianna handled me extremely well, diffusing my annoyance and ensuring that I had transportation to and from work, and keeping me clearly informed of the status and cost of my service. More
