When I arrived there was apparently no record of my appointment for service, although since making the appointment I had also called in the previous week to enquire about any possibility of changing my appointment for service, although since making the appointment I had also called in the previous week to enquire about any possibility of changing my appointment time (and owing to how busy your department is had kept with the original schedule). I was a bit irritated (after giving your department more than 15 years of business) and was also not pleased that a loaner vehicle was not able to be made available for my use.
