I was a bit irritated (after giving your department more than 15 years of business) and was also not pleased that a loaner vehicle was not able to be made available for my use. Julianna handled me extremely well, diffusing my annoyance and ensuring that I had transportation to and from work, and keeping me clearly informed of the status and cost of my service. More

Other than John, our salesman, and Maria with insurance, every other associate - from GM to finance: rude, pushy, and arrogant.
