It has never taken me 5 hours to purchase a car. This experience was unbelievably long. The salesman never asked for any information regarding how we were planning to purchase the vehicle he just as This experience was unbelievably long. Then he disappeared for hours on end we could never find him and we never got updates unless there was a problem. Which we could easily have answered in 5 minutes should he have communicated with us. We put it all down to a very new dealership without much experience but that is an entire Saturday we will never get back! More

Must car companies now are emphasizing SUV, not for me for a variety of reasons .I also requested to be shown any preowned available cars. I was shown a Mercedes S which they thought I may like. Beautiful, car but I bought the new XF.I like Jags, they are beautifully craft, which I appreciate, so my comments may have a bias. They are still manufactured in England, as mentioned earlier they value their craftsmanship Every one I dealt at the dealership was attentive and helpful, hence my positive comments. . More
