Never been treated The worst service I ever had, and Made me feel like i was a second hand customer. Had my friend drop off my Range Rover on Monday because I was g The worst service I ever had, and Made me feel like i was a second hand customer. Had my friend drop off my Range Rover on Monday because I was getting an intermittent air bag light. So I waited a whole week and didn’t hear back from dealership. So I call the following Monday and spoke to Mike in service and was told that car had not be look at and to call my friend for updates. Then mike told me that would look at car that Monday. So then they told me that car was done on Saturday and I could pick it up. As soon as I turn on car, the light for airbag came on. I was so mad that they didn’t check. Was told that car would be look at immediately. No call Monday, so I call on Tuesday and talk to Mike again and he told me that did not work Monday so he order part on Tuesday and would be done on Wednesday. Crazy almost three weeks and guy tells me he does work Monday smh. Terrible customer service skills and almost 3 weeks with car or loaner. More
