My car sat at kaplins for almost 2 months after an electrical problem from an automobile accident. Mike had an attitude and when I questioned why my vehicle wasn’t in perfect condition after paying th electrical problem from an automobile accident. Mike had an attitude and when I questioned why my vehicle wasn’t in perfect condition after paying them claimed “I never ordered it”. His manager was rude and accused me of claiming “fraudulent” activity on my vehicle repairs. I was not only insulted and offended, but victimized by a lead facility member of this dealership. My futures business with Land Rover will be in Norwood MA. More

Bernie and Lori are outstanding, and, apart from loving my Discovery Sport Landrover, Lori, and her service personal are one of the key reasons I have bought 3 cars from this dealership over the years. They have been unwaveringly attentive, friendly, and knowledgable. I look forward to seeing them during my service visits. (This was not my experience at a prior dealership where I felt like an impersonal number.) Lori has helped me out in several emergencies over the years. And both Bernie and Lori were wonderfully accommodating when recently I got a flat tire. They replaced it pronto, and that very day, I got a screw in the tire that they had just replaced--on the way home from the dealership! They were able to service me asap with a new tire. Their warmth and friendliness took the sting out of having to pay twice for a replacement of the same tire. Wish I had invested in tire insurance ;-) It's already a "funny story." Overall, Lori and Bernie have earned my highest praise. More
Bernie, my service rep, gets 5 stars for her great customer service. Very professional and went out of her way to get me a loaner when my “will wait” appointment turned into an all day repair job. Although Bernie gets 5 stars, I cannot give the dealership 5 stars because I think having to wait over 30 days for a simple oil change without a loaner is unacceptable, I have had my vehicle serviced 3 other times, and it is always at least a 30 day wait for an appointment. Not good enough for the price we pay for these vehicles! More
