Barbara also provided me with a "loaner" vehicle which was ready immediately when I dropped off my vehicle. The entire process was well organized, service was completed in a timely manner and the staff especially Barbara were not only friendly, welcoming but also professional in their manner, Thank you again, It was a pleasure and a great first maintenance experience compared to those I have had in the past. It also helps to have a great start to a day and hot have to worry about at least one appointment and to be reassured that all will be taken care of by such a thorough and professional dealership.
