I purchased a new (used) car and asked if they could salvage my parking stickers from my trade in. They were fairly certain that the old ones would tear so I said I'd just get new ones (which is a bit of a hassle). The following day I visited them just to say hi and tell them how happy I am with the car. I went to a nearby coffee shop. Glenn came running up to me in the coffee shop parking lot and handed me my two salvaged stickers! He had remembered them while I had completely forgotten that I needed to get new ones. A small detail, but above and beyond. To buy the car I worked with several employees so I will again list them since it was an enjoyable experience. More
