Extraordinary service - Above & Beyond I had to take my car in for "unplanned" service just 2-3 weeks after the initial purchase (its a CPO). As anyone would understand, definitely not something I was expecting. At least not this quickly. The dealership handled my case with the utmost professionalism and understanding. The turnover was almost immediate; I received multiple personal calls with explanations on the what needed be serviced, what was serviced, and once it was actually completed and ready. I did, though, have a couple of small things that irritated me. The sun shade for the rear cargo area, an item that has come stock in every other vehicle of this type I have ever owned, I found out was a $150 option. The $150 isn't the problem, it's the not telling me that this was an option until I purchased the car and wasted time searching for it. It made Land Rover seem small. The other minor gripe I had was the fact that I had my check in hand and wanted to close the deal but had to wait as the finance guy wasn't there on a Wednesday. Everyone at the dealership was very good and the car is, so far, excellent. More
