Excellent buying/customer service experience! I've had one of the most satisfying car buying experiences @ Jake Kaplan's Land Rover. The minute I met JC, I knew he was someone I could trust and c I've had one of the most satisfying car buying experiences @ Jake Kaplan's Land Rover. The minute I met JC, I knew he was someone I could trust and completely rely on. His passion for the brand seemed to be at par with my own (if not more!). We had a very nice conversation among other things, the different Land Rover models, the brand, and other matters that would be of interest of us Land Rover enthusiasts. I came in to the store with one thing in mind... I wanted to make sure I would get a good deal on the vehicle that interested me, and that the sales guide would need to be very straightforward and transparent with me. Jake Kaplan's through JC and the rest of the team, met all of the above and then some; I'd say that 80%, if not more, of the reason I moved forward with the deal was thanks to their advice, courtesy, and professionalism. I can't stress that enough. In addition, my vehicle needed to be taken to a local DMV for a VIN check; as most everyone's, both mine and my wife's schedules run pretty tight. Jake Kaplan understood, and took care of it for us. That's what I call personalized service!!! A huge reason for choosing the brand, and particularly Jake Kaplan's dealership. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE OR HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE This dealership took 6 days just to repair a water pump? I was in a rental car. When their driver dropped my car off the driver noted that I better ta This dealership took 6 days just to repair a water pump? I was in a rental car. When their driver dropped my car off the driver noted that I better take care, that when the brakes were applied there was a loud, shimming noise? There was never any issue of any kind with the brakes or suspension when this car went into the dealership?? I contacted the Service Manager Lori Slapikas, she was very difficult to deal with, she would not bring the car back in to see what they had done and told me that there were not going to fix it? I called the Manager, Mike Collins, again a waste of time. I filed a consumer complaint with their Corporate office, scheduled an appointment with another dealership., will send them the bill if they do not pay it, will be headed to court. Do NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY OF YOUR AUTOMOBILE NEEDS, if you do be prepared to be ripped off. More
