I have been burned before by surreptitious sales man, parading around as charlatan customer service reps when, in reality, they were more akin to a tapeworm; looking to leach off of you and your hard earned cash. Daniel did not do that; he spent several days working with me on choosing a car, remained patient, and was willing to have me back at different times, week days and weekends. No matter who you are you will likely feel fleeced when leaving a car dealership. That might be up there as an inevitability along with death and taxes. The highest praise I can heap upon Daniel, however, is that he made the process feel like a fair transaction and never once pushed or pulled me in any direction I was clearly unwilling to go in.
