Good afternoon,I've already called and went up there nothing was resolved. I'm sure you will tell me some reason why you can't removed the unwanted charges. 3,500 warranty and i didn't want Ishmael took upon himself to add what he wanted to add. He told me and my sister that everyone has to have the sealant and interior warranty for 1599. I did want gap insurance Vincent from finance said they don't offer it i had to go through my insurance. I wasn't trying to return the car i wasn't asking for my money back. I'm just trying to mourn my dad in peace i should have to go back and forth about something i clearly didn't want or ask for.
