Service dept. not very dependable at Jake Sweeney. My wife and I have spent much money on our 2003 Chevrolet Silverado at Jake Sweeney including a new transfer case along with some misc. repairs totali My wife and I have spent much money on our 2003 Chevrolet Silverado at Jake Sweeney including a new transfer case along with some misc. repairs totaling over $3000.00 in the past year and a half. Only to find out we had to endure the inconvenience of returning the vehicle to them several times since to correct issues with their parts or because of their workmanship. Now come to find out that the new transfer case is already bad on the truck and they will not stand behind their work. Even got hung up on the phone today by a gentleman in their service dept. because he was "confused". Never ever taking any vehicles back to them nor recommending them in any sort of way or form. Supposedly $3000.00 worth of work doesn't last very long these days. More

It is always a nerve recking process when making major purchases, but having him as our sales rep helped to eliminate some of my nervousness. My husband and I walked out of Jake Sweeney with a brand new car. I am absolutely in love with my car. Al took us through all the necessary steps for the purchase. He also explained to us the process and provided us with a great experience. Not only did he provide excellent customer service throughout the purchase, but he also informed us that "he was still our salesman once we drive away". Knowing that he sincerly had an interest in our satisfaction with our purchase, made us feel appreciated as customers. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car! Went in for used...Drove away with new I went in to buy a used car because my old car had a blown engine. After Mr. Willis worked himself silly helping me and had talked to Mr. Baker, I had found that I could trade in my busted vehicle but only on the purchase of a new car. They both worked hard to get the right car for me and get me the best deal. But with my very bad credit I didn't think it was possibble. They proved me wrong and when they found that I was an Army Veteran, the rate came down to a number that I never dreamed of. And not only did they not push me to consider anything that I didn't want like most dealerships, they were real genuine people and very cool to be around. There were no false promises, false smiles nor lack of concern to help me. Just pure greatness from great men. I got my 2014 Chevy Cruze on February 10th, 2014. It was freezing temperatures and ice all over everything. But Mr. Willis did not slow down one bit. I am forever greatful to these men and look forward to working with them again in the future. More
