I had been sharing a car with my mother for about six months at this point and was getting pretty anxious about saving money and getting a new car. I knew that Jared Hale had been selling cars at Jake Sweeney for about two years and was the first person that I thought of to buy a car from. He was everything and more than I expected my experience to be with him. We are very close friends, but that did not stop him from being completely professional. The car buying process was quick and easy going through him to buy a car. When my mother and I first got on the lot at Jake Sweeney, we were helped right away by Jared and were put into the system to see if we could be approved. While we were waiting for the paper work and everything to go through, Jared asked us if we needed anything to drink or a snack which was very thoughtful of him. Once we received our approval, he asked me what all I wanted my car to include and what color. He took us on a test drive in a blue Chevy Sonic and I fell in love. I loved everything about the car so we went back to the dealership and he worked up the paperwork for the price that we wanted. I received the news that I would be able to have my payments right in my price range and I couldn't have been happier. I was so excited to be able to get a new car! I would highly recommend buying a car from Jared Hale. He is friendly, yet professional and will help you in the best way possible. More

I communicated with Jared Hale by email about my interests. I made an appointment with Jared and drove down to the dealership. We went over my options and I decided to lease a 2014 Cruze. Jared did an outstanding job in getting me a great deal on the car. I really wasn't planning on a new car, but Jared worked with me and made it possible. I received a great price and a payment I felt comfortable with. I am very satisfied with my new car. I can't speak for any of the other salesmen, but Jared Hale does a great job. Gary worked hard to secure financing for me and getting everything set up. I parked, got out of my car, and started to walk toward the building when a salesman (I didn't get his name) asked me if he could help me. I said yes, that I was interested in a Nissan Altima. His next words where "How much are you ready to spend?" I told him that I didn't really know right at the moment. At that point he became totally dismissive and said that if they had any, they would be up front somewhere, and then he walked away. Well, I did buy a Nissan Altima, but not from Jake Sweeny. If I go to a car lot with the intention of buying a car, I at least wanted to be treated with a little more respect than just a dollar sign. The least that the salesman could have done was to point me in the right direction, said "My name is _____. If you see something that you like, come back and get me and we'll take a look at it." But no, he thought that he saw a "No Sale" so he dismissed me, and Jake Sweeny lost a sale. More

Let me tell you that my experience was nothing short of fantastic.. Everyone that I had contact with there was really nice friendly and went above and beyond there call of duty to make sure that I was taken care of. Especially since I had my baby with me.Even the other customers that were waiting for their vehicle to be serviced bragged on how efficient the Staff ( Jessica, Gary, and Kevin) were. When I met with him he went out of his way to really listen and get to the heart of what I was really looking for. He also laid out many different options that I had available to me. I really felt his sincerity and felt confident that he was helping me to find the best deal for me. I leased a 2014 Cheverolet Equinox and I couldn't be any happier with my new purchase. While I was waiting for paperwork to be finalized I also had the pleasure of working with Jared Hale. He very patiently walked me through allof the features on my new vehicle and also waled me through all of the steps to get Onstar registered on my vehicle. No question was too small.
