Best Ever I bought a Truck from Jake Sweeney Chrysler in August 2015. My Salesman was Marty Deitsch. They promised me a bed liner for the truck. I do not know I bought a Truck from Jake Sweeney Chrysler in August 2015. My Salesman was Marty Deitsch. They promised me a bed liner for the truck. I do not know where my head was but Yesterday I found the paper that said I get the bed liner. It was almost a year old. I did not think they would let me do it but I went in and saw Marty and 2 minutes later they had an appointment for me to get the bed liner. It is fantastic to think they still honor that after all that time. Anybody and everybody. Go to Jake Sweeney Chrysler and see Marty. Best salesman and dealership ever. Thank you for making me feel like I have a new truck all over again. More

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! I brought my car in to have it serviced for a foul order being emitted through my a/c and some form of leak that I had witnessed on my garage floor. I I brought my car in to have it serviced for a foul order being emitted through my a/c and some form of leak that I had witnessed on my garage floor. I was informed that they couldn't locate the leak, and they assured me a battery of tests were performed. To keep a long story short... Just say I incurred a sunk cost of $200, and my car is still leaking and emitting toxic fumes. Buyer beware find another place to have your car serviced More

Disappointment I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a factory recall. When I returned to picked my vehicle the rear bumper was damaged. Nobody said anything! Once I I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a factory recall. When I returned to picked my vehicle the rear bumper was damaged. Nobody said anything! Once I brought it to the manager attention, they agreed to repair my bumper. It took them a entire week to fix my bumper, and I was only given a loaner car for one day. The service manager called me repeatedly and left voicemails while I was at work, I felt rushed. But where was the concern the entire week I went without a car. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. More
