Horrible experience. This was our second time purchasing a new minivan from Jake Sweeney. Our first vehicle was purchased back in 2005 and it was a very positive experienc This was our second time purchasing a new minivan from Jake Sweeney. Our first vehicle was purchased back in 2005 and it was a very positive experience. We decided to be loyal and return here to get our second new vehicle. This time was horrible. I have lost all trust in Jake Sweeney and will never purchase any vehicle there again. Felt like the salesman was more interested in making a sale then helping my wife and I. Vehicle had a problem which was brought to the salesman's attention and he said he'd take care of it. After we purchased the vehicle we realized that he never took care of it. So my wife had to sit in the service department for two hours one day after it was purchased only to be told they would have to "order the part." My wife was in tears and had to talk directly to the head manager who arranged for the vehicle to be fixed that day. Not sure how it went from "it will take a few days" to "we can fix it." What is disturbing is that the salesman knew that the problem was a concern yet did nothing to fix it. The vehicle is very nice and we love the Chrysler product but we will purchase our vehicles going forward from another dealership. A salesman should check out the vehicle before selling it and make sure the concerns are handled BEFORE the sale takes place. We did not feel appreciated or valued as a returning customer. I always believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt but in this case it was very clear that the salesman did not put forth the effort to meet our needs or concerns. It's a matter of trust. And we have lost trust in this business. More

Got exactly what I wanted at a great price! This was my first time purchasing a car and I was definitely nervous. I went to Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge looking at a car I had found online This was my first time purchasing a car and I was definitely nervous. I went to Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge looking at a car I had found online and had an appointment with one of the sales and leasing consultants, Marty. He had contacted me the day before to make an appointment and was very helpful and personable. He gave me directions to the dealer and said he would bring the car up for me to look at. The car was exactly what I was looking for. Marty let my parents and I test drive the car and we were able to get a great feel for how it ran. We got answers to majority of our questions. We had some that were specific to the car and Marty did an excellent job in getting us answers (this car was not an actual make sold at this dealer as it was a prior owned vehicle). When we were at the business aspect of the deal Marty was helpful in bringing the price down to a great one! The financial staff were very thorough and pleasant. I didn't once feel that they were pushy or just trying to sell me something. My parents and I were treated with respect and I felt that they really did care about our customer satisfaction. They cleaned (did an awesome job) and gassed up the car for me before I drove it off the lot and the rest is history! Overall it was a great experience as a first time car buyer. More

Excellent Myles Hale was my consultant and was super accommodating to my needs and what I wanted when it came to getting a new jeep. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle to ensure I fully liked the vehicle I had in mind. Their kind service made the process worry-free for me. Their team was able to give me the exact vehicle I wanted (color, exact model, accessories, etc.) and I drove away very satisfied with my purchase. Top notch I had owned a 2004 Honda Civic for the past 11 years, and the time had come to part with my trusted 4 cylinder but what to buy? I had a short list of vehicles and after test driving them I had come to a single conclusion...I had to have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After deciding on the make and model of my new vehicle I had to decide what trim level I wanted to buy, enter Kevin Laxton. Kevin answered all my questions and informed me of all the goodies available to me. I had to have as much as humanely possible (that I could afford) because after 11 years I wanted to spoil myself with something nice. I ultimately opted for the Overland trim. Kevin worked with me and we brokered a deal that worked for the both of us and I drove my brand new Overland home that night.
