Great Experience! I knew what I wanted and what I could pay. Jake Sweeney was not the first Dealer I called. After the other Dealer strung me along for a week, Gerry I knew what I wanted and what I could pay. Jake Sweeney was not the first Dealer I called. After the other Dealer strung me along for a week, Gerry Baggs got it done the same day. I called in the morning and left with my new car before 5:00 p.m. I've bought many new cars in my lifetime and always questioned if I paid too much but not this time. Everything was very professionally handled and nobody wasted my time. This was a great experience. More

However, the Jake Sweeny team did an amazing job accommodating me and my requests. Things went smoothly with the purchase as well as service. Brandon Justes and David Valines were awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the right car for me. Curt Williams in service made sure I was a priority when I needed service. Mark Postallion made the finance process quick and easy to understand. He was personable and great to interact with. I would definitely recommend this dealer when buying a car. I value honesty, integrity and a great customer service team and they exceeded on all levels!! More

Awesome! It was the other dealers that were a pain I started the process on-line and then worked with Brandon Justes who found the exact car and color I wanted. I LOVE Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge We had a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee when we went in for an oil change. While we was waiting we saw a sing on the window about trading up into a new Jee We had a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee when we went in for an oil change. While we was waiting we saw a sing on the window about trading up into a new Jeep. We said to our self we would give it a try and so we did. That's how we meet Jim Dinwiddie. He took his time to answer all of our questions and was very friendly and professional. We was worried about the time that this would take cause we needed to get home to my boys/dogs. We really put a rush on him and he came thou. Got all the paper work done in a timely manner and got us over to Gary Allen who took it from there. Gary got us in and on our way in a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee an we love it.
