We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership.We are not making any excuses for the condition of the vehicle. It was the last day of the month and we were busy and it got pushed to the side. The salesman is responsible for getting that done. I have spoken to him and he realizes the importance of a customer coming as far as you did or even if it is a miles away. One thing that did concern me was the salesperson assured me that you knew it was a Demo and had less than 7,000 miles on it. Chris, I did know the vehicle was a demo, but not how long it had been a demo. I had no clue it had 5000 miles on it. I asked twice how many miles it had, twice I was told it would be low. That's not why I didn't buy the car though. I didn't buy the car because it was in terrible shape after I was assured it wouldn't be. The final straw was coming back with full MSRP on a $42,000 Jeep that I considered buying instead of the van. That was the final straw. He did offer to drive the van to me after it was cleaned. He told me he would call on Thursday or Friday to set up a time, but I never got a call. On Friday evening, I decided to buy an almost identical van elsewhere. In all honesty, my experience was so bad that I most likely wouldn't have bought a vehicle from your dealership anyways.
