Bought a 2025 Telluride x pro. Awesome vehicle. Don our sales person was also awesome. The problem comes with the person who does the trade in value. Traded in a 2019 grandcaravan. Awesome vehicle. Every professional site I went to I checked the value in the worst shape possible. It always came back at 8k. I was offered 5k. I said no then it went up to 6k finally offer do to the hood damage oh and it needed a new thermostat. I was told it just wasn't worth alot due to the damages. 3 days later it's on their website for 12650 dollars. Apparently it was worth double what they offered. Crooks in my eyes. More

We love Jake Sweeney Kia! Just recently, our Sedona had an unexpected oil leak. The issue was covered under warranty, but would require our van being kept over the weekend.
