Professional I own 2 rx7's and have always had them serviced here. Last 2 visits I had major services done, they lent me a loaner car before i could ask for one. My one rx7 has a major issue with it which was discovered at my last service but they gave me a quote and did not push to get it fixed right there at all just told me to keep an eye on a certain issue so I definitely appreciate that since I'd like to save some funds before I send it there to get fixed but when it's right for me. I know there are 2 service guys that still are very proficient in servicing the rotary and a big reason why I choose to send my cars here for service. More

Great service day of... Not so much day after. I loved Jake and recommended them to everyone until July 16th, the day after my oil change and tire rotation service. I left my house to run errands a I loved Jake and recommended them to everyone until July 16th, the day after my oil change and tire rotation service. I left my house to run errands and got about 1/2 a mile and my tire alarm went off. I got to a Marathon Station and my left front tire was almost flat. I put air in and continued on. I dropped something off at work 30 miles from home and turned right back around to come home and my tire alarm went off again. I had my dog in the car so I was concerned about taking my car to a shop. I went to Art Miller on Delta and he filled my tire and told me to go to Tom's Tire, where it was discovered that my valve stem in the front left tire was broken. He gave it a temporary fix and then I ended up getting it fixed at RPM Auto service. I called Jake Sweeney and talked to Adam, who I've dealt with many times over the course of my Mazda ownership. He was kind of rude and told me that valve stems break all of the time... Ok, they had just serviced my tires the day before.. He said it would be 120 to replace the valve stem and sensor. I am convinced that they broke it accidentally when rotating my tires. He said that they only rotated and never even checked air pressure? Why would you not check tires as you're rotating them? Cannot recommend this dealership anymore. More
