Let's face it. Nobody likes getting a letter telling us to bring our cars into the dealership to get recalls taken care of. I called Jake Sweeney Mazda and spoke to Ben. He was awesome. We spoke about bringing my car in the next day and he made it happen. I dropped my mazda 6 off the next morning. He called when the recall was done and I came and picked it up. SMOOTH transaction. I will definitely use this Mazda dealership again
