Somewhat confusing When I agreed to purchase the Mazda cx5, I was handed off to 3 different people and the process was confusing. All the forms weren't explained to me a When I agreed to purchase the Mazda cx5, I was handed off to 3 different people and the process was confusing. All the forms weren't explained to me adequately. I have been looking online for the cx5 for a while and feel it got an average deal, all the cx5s were priced about the same for Cincinnati, Bloomington, Columbus, Louisville and Lexington. I paid what I expected to pay. The staff was very friendly and helpful once I expressed needing help. One improvement would be to have the features of the used vehicle available in the sales area to know what features that vehicle has. More

I was led to by my agent into signing a lease rather than pu My salesman Ernest, who now works for Jake Sweeney Chevrolet, lied to me about an offer their dealership would make at the end of my lease. He clearl My salesman Ernest, who now works for Jake Sweeney Chevrolet, lied to me about an offer their dealership would make at the end of my lease. He clearly understood the number of miles I estimated over four years, but repeatedly told me the dealership would take my high mileage trade in if I purchased my next car through them. He understood I have NEVER leased before because of my miles, yet was willing to look me in the eyes and lie. I have been told by the GM that he will help rectify this at the end of my lease, and I will give him a chance.. But this is Jake Sweeney's second consecutive misrepresentation on a purchase, and until it is resolved, I would be misrepresenting any suggestion to purchase a car from them. More
