Car was in mint First time to visit this business. Discovered terrific pre-owned car (2010 Mazda3) for my daughter who resides near UC's main campus. Car was in mint shape, attractive, well maintained, and safe option for getting around the tristate. Dealership was very reasonable in handling some updates (mats, headlight assembly, extra key) without sticking it on the invoice. The real standout here was the professional sales staff, Ms. Kiya Denmark. She was easily accessible at the site, plus by email and phone. Worked to earn our business and without any over-pressure, struck the right balance (unlike many other dealerships we visited in Cincinnati tristate). She also enabled us to leave the car for a few days (per my daughter's availability with school/work) and oversaw the updates and standard mileage maintenance at the shop. All ready to go when we stopped to pick it up. My daughter is thrilled with her "new" car AND the experience of acquiring it! More
