The process is weird, but overall was a fine experience Car is wonderful, got all my questions about it answered. The main issue I had was they ask you to sign the agreement before knowing what your interes Car is wonderful, got all my questions about it answered. The main issue I had was they ask you to sign the agreement before knowing what your interest rate and monthly payments are. We were told thats how the process works, but that makes no sense to me. Why would I sign a paper if I don't know the terms I'm signing to. We worked through it, but if that IS the system its a stupid one. Very happy with my car though and would go back again if the need arises. More

Better than family Easter weekend I had my vehicle towed in because of damage to my tire after hitting a pothole & not being able to locate my vehicle lug nut key. Tha Easter weekend I had my vehicle towed in because of damage to my tire after hitting a pothole & not being able to locate my vehicle lug nut key. That Monday the service dept. was very busy of course, but the wonderful guys (Jeff Ames, Adam Blakely & Ben Conover) at Jake Sweeney Mazda were able to fit me in, taking care of necessary service to make my vehicle suitable for driving & even provided me with a loaner vehicle. I am a loyal Jake Sweeney Mazda customer & feel comfortable taking my vehicle there. I trust the team & feel confident that they will take care of my vehicle without depleting my bank account. Also, the guys are always very friendly, personable & patient with me. Thanks for always making my experience at service dept. pleasant. More

Great Costumer Experience Brian was of great help when assisting me with the purchase of my car. He was not to pushy and listened to all of my wants in the car. He was able to get us the best deal he could at that time. Once the car was purchased, Brian went through all of the ins and outs of the car to make sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot. Just awesome! I have bought 3 cars now from Jake Sweeney and each time has been a great experience. After my first purchase there was no question as to where I woul I have bought 3 cars now from Jake Sweeney and each time has been a great experience. After my first purchase there was no question as to where I would go for car #2 and 3. Brian was wonderful, he took time with me and was very personable. He even introduced me to Adam in the service department. I also had a nice conversation with Darren as I signed the papers for my new Mazda. It just feels comfortable at Jake Sweeney and everyone seems to like what they do. I've been to other dealerships where I felt like they didn't care whether I was there or not and felt pressured to make a decision. So kudos to Brian and the entire team! Purchased new CX-5 Trade-in went smooth although I think they could have given a little more! Everything should be spelled out! I was given the S Plan price an all in all, I think I got a pretty good deal. I would buy there again. More
