Deceitful liars I have never in my life encountered such a deceitful, lying, person as Keith Jenkens. After signing my name next to an agreed upon price, the he added I have never in my life encountered such a deceitful, lying, person as Keith Jenkens. After signing my name next to an agreed upon price, the he added in an extra $500 fee, but told me it was "Mazda Loyalty Discount" which brought the price down from xxx to xxx. Ok great. I gave my check for the balance due, and was on my way. 1 week before my temporary tags are about to expire, I get a call from Keith that says that I need to bring him the "$500 that we agreed upon" so they can START processing my title. When I looked back at the invoice, and discovered that what he called the "mazda loyalty discount" was actually a random added $500 fee for NOTHING, literally NOTHING. I don't even know what else to say. This place and the people who work here are pathetic. More
