My first time purchase at 60yrs old Keith Jenkins was my sales person. It was a random pick from the internet. Right from the beginning he understood me. I don't like games, i want to get business taken care of asap. I don't like dickering etc. He found me what i asked for, throughout the process he was always thinking on my behalf. Being female and first time buyer i was very nervous. He kept searching until he got me financing. Such a Gentleman gave me RED CARPET TREATMENT from the beginning. Spent a considerable amount of time explaining the car(especially needed (female 😛) it was truly an enjoyable experience. The finance manager was so nice as well. Very simple straightforward process. Bernard was AWEsome We showed up on Bernard's first day back. He had a car waiting for us, based on our requests, for a test drive. We drove a CX5. He gave us what we wanted based on our needs, not trying to sell us up. He was so easy to work with, that on the way home with our new CX9, I called my best friend...her and her husband were looking at a car somewhere else...they hightailed it to Bernard at Jake Sweeney Mazda and also purchased a CX9!!
