He made sure that I knew all the specs of the Mazda 3 that I purchased, he didn't pressure me into any car because he wanted the sell. I've been to other dealerships in the past and they didn't give the same treatment or service. I felt as if they just wanted the sell/money but Mr. Fails made me feel very comfortable.
