Mutual Winning From my first visit to this dealership for a test drive just after New Years' Day, I was impressed with the sales staff. The time and attention afforded me by Raymond Richard throughout my test drive (2016 CX-3) not only allowed me to begin what would be a 2+ month journey to selecting my next car, but invested in me as a person which revealed that we're part of the same church community! His humility & respect of my stated intent to pause my car search momentarily, built my trust and gained my business in the long run. Therefore, once my 2000 Nissan Sentra was ready to retire, the choice of where to begin/resume my search was simple. Dropping in unannounced, I was further pleased to see comraderie play out before my eyes when Raymond, who was already occupied with other customers, greeted me with gratitude for the opportunity to serve me, but whom joyfully introduced me to his colleague, fellow salesman Tyler Dayton when it became apparent that he'd be tied up for awhile. Tyler wasted no time getting acquainted with the factors I was looking for and, I believe, saved me time in the long run by suggesting that I begin by test driving 2 mazdas- one that I thought of as a dream car (the CX-5, which by and large, did not disappoint!) and the other which would ultimately become my new car despite not previously having been on my radar (a 2016 Mazda6 iSport), prior to trying the other used vehicles I'd originally planned to consider! Before I knew it, I had first hand experience supporting my interest in pursuing a deal on a car that had quickly risen to the top of my list. Throughout negotiation I felt heard, respected, advocated for, and-ultimately- supported when Tyler was able to secure a deal wherein both I and the dealership both won! I got a great deal on a oh-so-slightly used certified pre-owned car with so many of the bells and whistles I'd have wanted on my next car if I'd dared to dream I could-[they even added heated seats!]- and they got to earn my originally non-committal, "I'm on my first day out and don't feel desperate to make a deal by any stretch of imagination yet" business! Tyler coordinated the details of my purchase and pickup skillfully to eliminate any unnecessary or inconvenient delays, such that when I came in to complete the purchase and pick up my new vehicle, the financial portion was virtually painless! Ryan Meinart- the finance/business manager I worked with- was refreshingly informative without venturing into any measure of sleazy or sneaky sales tactics, but instead, respectfully explaining my options at every turn and advocating for my priorities right alongside me! All in all, I can say my experience has been a literal God-send! I prayed for God to facilitate an ideal scenario from beginning to end, and am utterly thrilled with the outcome! Thanks for introducing me to my new car, and bringing me into the Jake Sweeney (Mazda) family for years to come! More

When we arrived he had everything ready and waiting. We test drove the Mazda 5 and realized it was just what we wanted. After that he and the finance team (Ryan) hooked us up with a deal that worked for us and it was painless and hassle free. It was easy and we love the car. This is the first car I have purchased from Jake Sweeney and I am happy with the car but I am extreme I have had my Mazda for two and one half years. This is the first car I have purchased from Jake Sweeney and I am happy with the car but I am extremely happy with the service. I always bring my CX-9 to Jake Sweeney Mazda for service. My service advisor is Jeff Ames and he has always done an exceptional job of explaining what service was needed and why it is needed. I had purchased an extended warranty when I got the car which had a $100 deductible. The factory warranty was expired due to mileage on the car so the extended warranty kicked in. When Jeff talked to the company that services the extended warranty, they agreed to waive the $100 deductible fee. In addition, he provided a free Mazda CX-9 for me to use for 5 days while the repairs were being completed. (The part was on back order.) I got the car back in great shape. Jeff's action's go a long way in making me a repeat customer. More
