It was due to having a knowledgeable salesperson who not only knew about virtually all the different makes and models, he knew his inventory. Even remembered the mileage of most of the cars in the lot, which was uncanny. What was perhaps most pleasing is ability tholepin me in making a comprehensive run-down of my tastes and needs versus my budget and accurately calculate a list of vehicles for me to evaluate that would best suit all three if possible. That led to me driving away with a 2010 Mazda 6, with which I'm extremely happy and for which I'm twice as grateful! More

We experienced none of that at Jake Sweeney and Tyler Dayton helped us lease a new CX-5 at an attractive rate. He was patient and sought answers if he didn't know the requested information. Sweeney's also bought our other-branded leased car (in very Good condition) from us, which was a great help. Would do business here again. Post-sales follow thru has been quite good, also. More

Matt Smith with Jake Sweeney Mazda contacted my husband and offered a great deal on the Mazda CX-5, $5,000 less than MSRP plus additional roof rack and trailer hitch installation. We immediately went to Jake Sweeney Mazda after Matt called and test drove the car. While test driving, the sales person from Kings continuously called us, offering to match the price, but we were set with the quality of service Matt was providing plus the unbeatable price. The representative from Kings decided to bash Jake Sweeney claiming they were "liars" on the price, but the price was in front of our face, on paper. The representative from Kings continued to badger us on how he was the best, but we trusted our gut, and Matt was the right sales person for us! Once the test drive was over and began paperwork with Matt, Matt noticed how nervous I was with my first new car purchase, so he and the financial department offered a car payment that I felt comfortable in paying. Matt was exceptional in customer service, and I would recommend him to anyone! He was awesome, and took care of our business! If anyone wants honest business, work with Matt Smith at Jake Sweeney, best customer service for a first time buyer. All staff I met was friendly and nice, especially, Mike Donohue, an experienced sales professional, who helped me purchase a Mazda 6 2015, listened to my questions and concerns even after the purchase, and worked hard with his manager, Joe Cathey, to come up with a solution. My overall car purchase experience was very smooth and pleasant (no buying remorse at all!). I would certainly recommend this dealer to my friends who are thinking about buying new cars, and if fact, I already did. The dealer’s sales professionals are great, customer services are great, and Mazda cars are great…humm...what else does a car dealer need to offer??? More

He worked with us to get the right deal to fit our budget, even though that meant staying late after they closed. They even had a guy stay late to make sure someone would be there to detail the car for us after we bought it. I thought that was great customer service! Salesman were nice when trying to buy but manager uses high pressure sales tactics and high prices. Was impossible to get a price rather than payments, and they tried to get us into an eight year loan just to meet their high price. Also we didn't even want that color and he just didn't seem to listen. Plus is just down the road and we bought 2 new cars in the past year from a dealer in Dayton (Matt Castrucci was great) since Jake Sweeney was so high priced after we figured out the numbers they were using. Both cars we purchased were a year apart. Both times at Jake Sweeney it was nearly impossible to get a real price. They even tried to tell us M S R P is standard price and put that as the price in the payment. We could NOT even get a price on the phone or through email. The web site is incredibly deceptive giving prices with rebates almost no one can get. They even tried not to give us the dealer loyalty price off. When leaving they said we would not find a better deal. We got the same car for $2300 LESS at another dealer the next day only 1 hour away in the color we wanted. I will NEVER go back to Jake Sweeney and tell my friends to stay away. They were so deceptive they wouldn't even let us leave with the numbers we had written down! More
