I graduated college in December 2014, and my parents agreed to let me drive their spare vehicle until I established myself. My parents needed their vehicle back sooner than expected, leaving me little time to save money for a downpayment. As I was in the market for a new vehicle, I prepared myself by checking my credit score via Credit Karma and crying. Delinquent student loans and a few miscellaneous doctor bills in collections had resulted in a near baseline credit score (or so I thought). I assumed there was no way any bank would finance me, so why bother? I resorted to Craigslist when a friend suggested Jake Sweeney, so I went online to check out their inventory and fell in love with an orange 2016 Chevy Trax. I requested pre-approval on the vehicle and selected "text" as the best way to contact me. A few minutes later, I received a text from Kyle Wade. Kyle made contact via text by introducing himself and scheduling an appointment for me to come in and test drive the Trax. I told him I would have to get back with him, as I wanted to find a kid-free time to test drive. The next day, Kyle followed up with me asking if I decided on a time to test drive the car. I told him I was worried that my credit score would prohibit any bank from financing me and that I didn't want to waste my or his time. He assured me that I wasn't alone, and that Jake Sweeney works with banks who finance people in my situation. I made an appointment and I am so glad I did! Kyle pulled my credit, and miraculously it was 200 points higher than reported on Credit Karma. I was financed for the vehicle with a $1,700 downpayment. If it weren't for Kyle's attentive follow up, I likely would have let my credit score intimidate me into giving up and settling for a Craigslist find. I had to bring my 5 year old son to the appointment with me, and Kyle (a father of 3 himself) was so friendly and patient with us. I felt that he genuinely had my best interest in mind, like a friend rather than a salesman. He was funny and incredibly personable, and made me feel very comfortable throuought the entire process. He answered every question I had and if he didn't know the answer, he quickly found it for me. He squandered every negative "car salesman" stereotype and I can't thank him enough for getting me into my new Trax, especially since I thought I would never be able to get here! *I also had a minor introduction to Darrin Aden, and I recommend his business as well. We worked with Kyle Wade and it was such a pleasure to have a salesman that wasn't pushy at all. I'm familiar with how car salesmen are paid and I generally expect an up-sell and a lot of pressure to close the deal. It's understandable and expected. We visited Kyle multiple times and test drove a bunch of vehicles. If I pointed at it, he would get the keys. His reviews of every vehicle were spot on. Sweeney has every make and model under the sun and this guy knows his cars. We ended up purchasing a loaded 2014 Nissan Altima SL for a great deal. The final negotiations with Kyle and the sales manager went very smoothly and there was never a moment where I felt like they were being dishonest or shady. We even had a nice experience with Ryan in financing. That's usually the room where you get even more pressure and never know if you're getting a good deal on GAP and extended warranties. Not this time. Everyone we met at the dealership was very nice and never pushy. That's not the case at most used car lots. Kyle spent lots of time with us and was by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. A couple weeks before this, I purchased another vehicle from a dealer in Monroe, Ohio. That transaction went smoothly with no complaints, but I can't help thinking I could have gotten a better deal from Kyle Wade. More

Since this was not going to be our primary car I wanted something a little bit more of a performance car that was fun to drive. I had been looking online at different sites for a few certain car models I really liked and found a 2014 Focus ST at one of the Jake Sweeney lots. I was contacted by our fantastic sales rep Kyle Wade wanting to know when we could come in and take a look at the car. We had already been planning on a certain day to go look at a few cars and without hesitation on his day off Kyle was more than happy to pick up the car from the lot it was at got it in perfect condition and made it a wonderful sales experience. Kyle made sure my wife and I felt comfortable and easy about the whole process never once did we feel pressured or unsure! Overall this was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.
