Fantastic Car Shopping Experince My wife and I we're in the market for a new car for me to drive to and from work and around town. Since this was not going to be our primary car I wanted something a little bit more of a performance car that was fun to drive. I had been looking online at different sites for a few certain car models I really liked and found a 2014 Focus ST at one of the Jake Sweeney lots. I was contacted by our fantastic sales rep Kyle Wade wanting to know when we could come in and take a look at the car. We had already been planning on a certain day to go look at a few cars and without hesitation on his day off Kyle was more than happy to pick up the car from the lot it was at got it in perfect condition and made it a wonderful sales experience. Kyle made sure my wife and I felt comfortable and easy about the whole process never once did we feel pressured or unsure! Overall this was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. We've purchased cars in the past from other car lots who promised us worthy pre-owned vehicles and failed to meet they're word,leaving us with broke down cars with VERY HIGH interest rates and charging for everything that needed to be fixed. Not to mention, insane monthly payments! With that being said,we thought we were out of options and nowhere left to turn. I posted an ad to sell the car that we had due to mechanical problems and not being able to fix it due to expenses and another baby on the way. Almost immediately, I had received a phone call from a rep. At Jake Sweeney offering to take a look at our car and possibly buy it trade in for a down payment. I accepted and my wife and I went down the very next day once again, sitting down with yet another salesman and going through the same process ready to be denied and let down.
