I had an unfortunate situation happen in Nov 2019, where my car got stolen but it was recovered. I took it to this dealership to be serviced and restored and I couldn't be happier. I tried two other Jeep dealerships much closer to me (I live in Chicago) but ultimately ended up bringing it back here and I am glad I did. Brian ensured I had a loaner vehicle to use the duration of the time my car was being serviced. Russ ensured everything was fixed and up to par and had my car feeling like it was never stolen and damaged. I probably will only service my vehicle here from now on! More

FCA and James have been entirely non-responsive to an issue with bubbling paint on the hood my 2014 Grand Caravan. The time has lapsed on the warranty, but not miles. FCA tried to schedule me to have pics done at dealer. James did not reply. FCA closed the case. When I complained to FCA they told me to stop in at dealer my convenience. I did. They took pics. I re-opened case. No contact back from FCA or James Dodge. Online search shows this is a known problem. Both FCA and James Dodge have failed to acknowledge or address my complaint. More
