Off to a good start Rich Warne had a baptism by fire with my recent purchase of a new truck. The day of my purchase it was Rich's first day on the floor and I was his first potential customer. Rich was very friendly and was open about being new to the business. If Rich did not know the answers to my questions he would pull someone in to assist him. Having been in a sales career in the past myself I was happy to see someone working hard to learn the products and processes and stay cool under fire. End the end we completed the deal, along with the assistance of Chad Milliron, on the same day. I am proud to be Rich's first customer and first sale. I wish him the best of luck in his new career. Just recently took vehicle in for service they were gonna get some information about a rim that needed to be fixed through a policy I bought through them, been at least week and half haven't heard from them. They had to replace a broken key fab- programming took at least an hour and half. Unfortunately, I think they are falling short on promises. More
