FCA and James have been entirely non-responsive to an issue with bubbling paint on the hood my 2014 Grand Caravan. The time has lapsed on the warranty, but not miles. James Dodge told me to open a case issue with bubbling paint on the hood my 2014 Grand Caravan. The time has lapsed on the warranty, but not miles. James Dodge told me to open a case with FCA. FCA tried to schedule me to have pics done at dealer. James did not reply. FCA closed the case. When I complained to FCA they told me to stop in at dealer my convenience. I did. They took pics. I re-opened case. No contact back from FCA or James Dodge. Online search shows this is a known problem. Both FCA and James Dodge have failed to acknowledge or address my complaint. More
