John Cappetto came up to us as soon as we arrived in their lot. We explained to him that we were unhappy with our present car and would like to see some cars like the Grand Caravan. John asked us for our preference in color and accessories that we would like to have in a new car. He found a Pacifica in the right color and all and more of the options that we wanted. We were given different options to pick for financing the car. John also went over all the features of the car so we were aware of everything. All of the employees and management team came up to us and introduced themselves. What a great staff they are. They did it! Looking for a particular Trailhawk for sometime and finally saw it advertised on Bobb's website. Met with Luke Milan who couldn't have been nicer or, most importantly, more sincere. He listened as he took notes and when all was said and done I had my Hawk within $25.00 of my budgeted payment. Luke then took the time to program my electronics and give me an extensive parking lesson (it has the hands-free park assist). The parking assist is just freaky but a cool option.
