Above and Beyond I was sitting in the parking lot of another dealership in another state depressed because they had just pulled a "bait and switch" with the vehicle I I was sitting in the parking lot of another dealership in another state depressed because they had just pulled a "bait and switch" with the vehicle I wanted - listing it online as new and it actually had 6800 miles on it. I had been looking all day for a new car, and decided to give it one more try online. Bobb popped up as having a comparable vehicle. The navigation said I would arrive 2 minutes before they closed. I called and explained that I wanted to buy a car and advised that I would arrived at their closing time. They told me not to worry, please come in and they'll wait for me. When I arrived, I met "Big John," Laurie and Chad. They assured me there would not be any "bait and switch" happening at Bobb's. They immediately brought the vehicle that I wanted up. They honored their advertised price and even lowered my payments $30/per month from that price. They stayed late on a Saturday only to help me out. They really turned my frown upside down! Couldn't be happier. More
