Dennis was very very knowledgeable about the product. He answered every possible question I had about the car and told me features on the car I didn't even think to ask about. After him talking to me about the car it made me very knowledgeable that's how good he is. He also kept me engaged in the whole process, this is the first time in a long time I was actually one hundred percent excited to be getting a new car. I didn't feel I was being pressured in to any deal and I I did not feel like I was being screwed over. The price we got to and my payments were phenomenal and I was beyond pleased. I was on the look out for a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and went to other dealers before being recommended to BoBB from family member. I called in as seen a great deal on a van I wanted, gave them my information and went the next day and ended up buying that van. During the whole process their staff was beyond welcoming and friendly, dealing with Laurie and Rob. I was in and out in 2 hours mind you I love 45 minutes away they stayed after hours to assist me and gave me asking price for my trade in along with making sure I had the best deal.
