I was on the look out for a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and went to other dealers before being recommended to BoBB from family member. I called in as seen a great deal on a van I wanted, gave them my information and went the next day and ended up buying that van. During the whole process their staff was beyond welcoming and friendly, dealing with Laurie and Rob. I was in and out in 2 hours mind you I love 45 minutes away they stayed after hours to assist me and gave me asking price for my trade in along with making sure I had the best deal.
