"Big John" Crawford was great to work with! I purchased a used car for my son as his first car. Everything seemed fine, until after we got it home, a significant engine problem developed, makin I purchased a used car for my son as his first car. Everything seemed fine, until after we got it home, a significant engine problem developed, making the car inoperable (79 miles after we picked it up). Long and short of it is that we had to have it towed to a repair shop, where significant repairs were required. It was clear that this problem did not just occur after we bought it, so I contacted "Big John" Crawford (apparently there are smaller Johns that work there), and explained my serious dissatisfaction to him. Even though we did not purchase the extended warranty that was offered, John knew that it was the right thing to do for the dealership to help us with this issue. He went to bat for me with management at the dealership, and got them to agree to what I consider to be a very satisfactory resolution to this problem. In all reality, a lot of salespeople would have said that once we drive off the lot, the problems are ours. I really appreciate the fact that "Big John" stepped up and took care of us after the sale in what could have become a very contentious situation, but did not, thanks to his intervention. I would highly recommend "Big John" at Bobb Auto Group as a knowledgeable, helpful, honest salesperson. More
