GREAT EXPERIENCE & HELPSUL STAFF!!! Went in on a Saturday to inquire about a couple of vehicles. I dealt with sales woman Lisa Delafosse, whom was very helpful and suggested the 2015 Jee Went in on a Saturday to inquire about a couple of vehicles. I dealt with sales woman Lisa Delafosse, whom was very helpful and suggested the 2015 Jeep Renegade Latitude. My fiance and I took it for a test drive and were still kind of unsure if we liked the truck. They encouraged me to keep the truck for the day to drive so I could get a better feel of the vehicle just to see if this was the one for me or not. The next time I came back Lisa along with the finance crew were very helpful with going over all of my questions and concerns and got the pricing as close as they could to where I needed it to be. They gave me a very decent amount for my trade in, which made everything a little easier financially. I signed the papers and had keys to my new Jeep that Monday after work. Lisa helped me transfer everything from my old vehicle to my new vehicle, made sure my new vehicle was detailed once more before I drove it off the lot, and covered any last minute questions I had. I would absolutely recommend any and all of my family and friends to go to Bobb Auto and ask for Lisa. You can also call ahead and schedule an appointment just to ensure you get the dedicated time you would need while shopping for a vehicle. More
