Didn't get service done here I had an emergency brake down on my 3500 Dodge. Needed it flatbeded to dealer who I normally have service it. They had no place to park it as it could not be driven. Only one lift to fit this vehicle. I have always been happy with service here, we bought the truck when it was Koch. Now I have to find some locally to do the work. I guess I have to rethink the service part of owning this vehicle. I think the facility needs to be updated to help these guys accommodate their customers. More

I had an appointment on a Wednesday at 1 pm but I had to work so dropped the car off the night before. They didn't even start fixing my car until Thursday afternoon and it wasn't finished until Friday. Plus when I showed up to get it they told me that the car was still shifting hard (that was the problem I brought it in for). They recommended I change the spark plugs and told me that the service they did to the transmission was not even supposed to be done but they did it anyway and that the fluid was 18 dollars a quart. So I paid 245 dollars for my car not to be fixed. Other dealers and service centers would call and ask if I wanted them to go ahead and still searching and fixing the problem. Not Fingerlakes, they just wait for you to call and ask what's going on. Needless to say I left with my vehicle because I didn't feel comfortable having them service it anymore. Would not recommend their service department. They are slow, not helpful and did a service that did not need to be done in the first place. More

Once I made my decision to purchase the rest of the transaction went as smooth as silk, paid off my old vehicle with extra to spare, got a great interest rate with a local bank -both important to me - while waiting for the paperwork to process I was amply entertained by the rest of the staff, given detailed instruction on how to use all the functions that came with this bad boy and left a happy satisfied customer. Thanks Chris for everything! PS I had to bring my vehicle in for a very minor issue - your service staff is equally as wonderful - unfortunately I only the name of one of the men I spoke with when dropping and picking it up - but again - quick- fast -service and I even learned a few things about my car started while there! Worst Dealer experience I've ever had I received one of those sales promos in the mail- Walmart gift cards- 25,000.00 cash if your number matches you win. I took it into the dealer that was set up in the Walmart parking lot. We all know it's a gimmick to get customers into the "sale", but I actually like a car they had on the lot and went in to check it out. After 30 minutes of wasting my time I still hadn't been able to get a price on the car. I asked at least 3 times and was asked about a test drive each time. Finally another guy came out with the salesman to talk to me. He explained that they don't like to try to sell cars to the customer until they're sure they like the car (reason for pushing a text drive). He asked why I wouldn't test drive the car and I told him I wasn't interested in test driving a car I might not be able to afford, he asked why I thought I couldn't afford it and I told him it was because I couldn't get him to tell me how much it was. After another minute or so of talk I thanked them, shook there hands and left. I went in asking about my number matching promo paper and left after 30 minutes of run around, being refused a price on a used car until I test drove it, and never being told what my promo paper was worth. No plans to ever visit that dealer again. I thought "how much is the car?" was a simple enough question... guess not. More

Excellent Service I was at the dealership with my Mother, who test drove a few cars, I had a chance to walk around the dealership and actually look around. I found a really nice looking 2011 Ford Escape that had only 17K miles. I was planning on going to a smaller dealership but when my Mom, changed her mind on getting a different vehicle, the salesman looked at me. After about 10 minutes, John and Josh ensured that I would be in the vehicle of my choice by the time they closed for the day! I test drove the Escape, John worked really hard to get a decent monthly payment for me. They even allowed me to drive the Escape home because I told them that I had to go to work the next day, they said that if I drove it to work, and found that I didn't like the car that I could find something different. Needless to say that I choose to stay with the Escape, which has been great to me. I get my regular oil change and yearly inspection through the dealership. Even though they are quite busy on some days - they always greet everyone with a smile and a hello! Thanks to Josh and John for assisting me with my used vehicle purchase - I look forward in working with you again for my next car!!! More
Excellent Service I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus SEL from Finger Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram last year. After a year of driving my AC failed & several months later my I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus SEL from Finger Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram last year. After a year of driving my AC failed & several months later my power steering failed. I called and spoke with Steve from service and he was extremely helpful letting me know that I had full coverage with my insurance if I was under 75,000 miles . They supplied me with a FREE rental car for 2 weeks while my car was at the FORD dealership getting fixed . He also let me know that I could get reimbursed for the AC cost that I spent. FORD did reimburse me 50% of the cost and I was very happy about that . They also fixed $2000 for the power steering . With out the help of Steve I would have spent a lot of unnecessary money. I can not thank them enough for the excellent care & would recommend them highly ! More
