I had my car serviced as sit was nearing the 4 yr or 50,000 mile mark. Even though the state inspection machine was down, not fault of James Wood, I ask Taylor to please have the service department tre 50,000 mile mark. Even though the state inspection machine was down, not fault of James Wood, I ask Taylor to please have the service department treat is like it was being inspected along with a few other issues. When Taylor called me to tell me the car was ready and they would be returning it to me, I asked her about my tires as the car has 41,000 miles on it. She stated the service department said I did not need new tires right away and I was ok for now. When I took my car to another shop to have it inspected, it failed due to one of the tires being in the red. I called Taylor and explained the situation to her. She apologized and said she wanted to talk to the person who did my mock inspection so that this would not happen to anyone else. I ask her what a new set of tires would cost and again she was very apologetic and told me she wanted to make it right, and she is doing just that. Yes, the tires from the dealership were about $150 higher than the tire shop I took it to, but because Taylor always goes out of her way to make my experience with the service department right, I am willing to have the dealership put my tires on. Taylor and Franklin are the two I mostly deal with and the service I receive is why I continue to purchase my cars from James Wood. Plus Dee Ann in sales just knows how I am when buying cars and that's why I deal with her. More

Jarrett made the entire process of taking my new car for its first service very easy. He informed me of what was going to be done, how long it would take and what it would cost when I dropped off my vehicle its first service very easy. Making my appointment online was a HEADACHE (earliest was over 6 weeks away) but the gals at the service dept help get me in sooner. More
