No problem with dealership. Raymond always great. Upset because I got a lemon. Bought a Canyon in 2021. Was told by Loch that he had everything on it. Told both Wendy and me. Guess what, nope! Traded it for 2022 seirra that turned out to be in shop more than my garage. Now I trade for another truck. My issue is they are making money off me because I wasn't told truth when I bought Canyon. Loch seem to find that funny when i was upset. Laughing when I was expressing what I felt. If he had told me the truth first time, I would still had a truck I wanted. He didnt care and you could tell it. When I bought 2022, got an extended warranty. Both my husband I asked and was told it was to go in effect after GMC warranty, only to find out that was a lie. The guy that helped us again was the guy that had told us. No I never call it a warranty. He changed his story around to cover himself. Made the mistake of calling it a warranty again. Get some guy to handle us to do finale paperwork. He over played the roll. He admitted that he was helping us because he knows how to handle people. He has special training for this. He admitted that they named us Hot Crackers! I really appreciate that. Showed me he wasn't trained very well. I'm sure we know who made that up. No issues with dealership. Will still recommend them. Just warn if they deal with certain people, to make sure and check out everything they are told. I hate when people don't tell the truth.
