I have purchased my last couple vehicles from this dealer and have utilized the service department for the last couple years as well. In the past, I have had good experiences with both. I feel that the dealership puts immediate profit above all else and little value on establishing a good relationship to capture repeat business. I do not like to throw individual names out as I understand that it is likely that those people are just following direction. Very polite, friendly and on time. However there seem to be a lack of technical knowledge when it came to EVs . It took me 4 tries (3 phone calls and a visit ) to get the Answer i need However there seem to be a lack of technical knowledge when it came to EVs . It took me 4 tries (3 phone calls and a visit ) to get the Answer i needed for "(after the recall replacement of cells how do i change the charge level back to 100%). " the correct answer or at least the final answer i got was you CAN NOT for 6 month, than you can! Likely the correct answer but my confidence level went down during the process. Maybe GM and EVs have communication work to do...just my thoughts. More
