Very polite, friendly and on time. However there seem to be a lack of technical knowledge when it came to EVs . It took me 4 tries (3 phone calls and a visit ) to get the Answer i need More

There was no response from service department on the status of repairs/estimates until I called next day. I approved the repair and the cost, and did not hear from the service department for another 2 - More

Thank you for responding. It is quite frustrating to try and plan and then be stuck waiting. I know everyone’s time is precious but that is why I schedule. If it is on a first come first served basis then a customer should be advised (or at least contacted that there will be a delay and allow us to come or reschedule). Just a suggestion
