We worked with Karen Pattison when we bought our Traverse in October (put money down on it in August). We appreciated her customer service so much, that when we lost our truck in a fire, we chose to work wit in October (put money down on it in August). This was a terrible experience, I tried to get a tire that was under manufacturer and extended warranty replaced. After 4 days of no call or information I called the dealership service advisor, he was ru that was under manufacturer and extended warranty replaced. After 4 days of no call or information I called the dealership service advisor, he was rude and miss informed. He then told me that the mileage was over (it was not) and could not be covered. I would have to buy new tires. I ended up getting Discount Tire to take care of it No problem! They took care of contacting Good Year and ALLY getting me tire refund of $250. None of this was justified, there are redundancy’s so this doesn’t happen: 1) They scanned the mileage on the trucks OBD2, 2) Wrote a work order with my contact information 3) GM sold me the truck and warranty (factory tires) tire defect not damage More
