From arriving to departing all was amazing! I went to get my navigation system updated on my 2016 Sorento. They had my vehicle for 8 hours. After paying and leaving the dealership, I noticed that my Nav system said something like: "Unable to in Sorento. They had my vehicle for 8 hours. After paying and leaving the dealership, I noticed that my Nav system said something like: "Unable to initialize navigation. Check SD card". I immediately brought the car back. They took it in right away, but after about an hour, the technician was unable to get the update to work. Now I have no navigation at all. They said they would call me in a couple of weeks when they get a new SD card and will fix for no additional charge. More
