Good price advertised online. Would not give me final pricing even after credit check until I drove down in person. The car I was interested in had sold and they didn’t inform me of this until I was at the dealership. The other two that I had inquired about by email were not ready to be test driven (electric vehicles not charged or buried on the sales floor). The salesperson I worked with by email was sick the day I went in, but he made an appearance later that day around the time of sale. Make sure if you lease that you know the number of miles allowed on your lease. I had requested numbers for 15,000 miles per year, but was quoted for 10,000 miles per year at the time they finally gave me numbers. Bottom line, know what you want when you go in and check everything off before you sign. If you are looking at an EV, work with Dave. He is awesome and knows the electric vehicles. He set all of my tech up and answered my questions. He deserves a raise! More

I reached out to Janesville Kia through their website to inquire about their policy in regards to test driving a car without a salesperson. Dave's response completely ignored my question and dove into sales inquire about their policy in regards to test driving a car without a salesperson. Dave's response completely ignored my question and dove into sales. His dismissive tone was off-putting. When I clarified my query, his response lacked courtesy and helpfulness. When I visited the dealership, Kia's sales approach fell short, with inflated numbers and hidden fees. I had a much better experience across the street at Nissan. Everything from the way they answered my message with courtesy to a more transparent sales approach. Dave really needs to work on his customer service skills. Dave, that really sucked.
