My daughter had just moved to the Janesville area. She has been having trouble with her car stalling out and loosing power. We have spent time and money trying to figure out the problem. I got a call from her and she was upset as she couldn't get to work because her car was stalled out on the highway and it wouldn't start. She called for a tow truck as I called Janesville Kia. The service department answered the phone right away. They gave me the ok to drop the car off and assured me they would look at it right away in the morning. This was awesome! Edgar was the person that helped us on the phone. The Communication we got from him was awesome. I developed a trust right away and sensed he was there to help my daughter. They even got to look at the car after 6pm and continued in the morning. I think by noon they had figured out the problem. Very appreciative for the work they did.
