Made appointment ahead of time to have oil change and tire rotation stated that I would be waiting for car. Upon arrival was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours to get done. Very dishonest and took advantage of us with very misleading information provided to us. We were hesitant to go to Kia due to negative experiences in the past and many complaints from people we know misleading information provided to us. Bought a brand new car They sneak in all kinds of charges on the paper work so beware. Told us they were filling the car with gas before we left. I’ve been using this dealership for serving my 2023 Kia Niro, and overall I’ve been pleased with their service and pricing. For my 15k maintenance I was scheduled for an oil change & tire rotation which wa Niro, and overall I’ve been pleased with their service and pricing. For my 15k maintenance I was scheduled for an oil change & tire rotation which was going to be about $130. When I arrived the service advisor told me the 15K maintenance included an alignment, which increased the cost to $275 (and that was with a service coupon). My point is that the people taking the initial phone call should be aware what is required in a specific maintenance schedule and let customer know what will be done and the approximate charge. When the charge is more than double of what is expected that does not make for a happy customer. More
