I came in for a warranty repair that was supposed to take approximately 30 minutes (according to the letter I received notifying me of the recall and then person I spoke with at the dealership to schedule th approximately 30 minutes (according to the letter I received notifying me of the recall and then person I spoke with at the dealership to schedule the repair). I arrived 10 minutes early and the “host” told me it would be about 45 minutes, and I was happy to wait. After an hour and ten minutes, I left the waiting room to ask the “host” if everything was ok; he informed me that they hadn’t even started my repair, but they would be momentarily. It took another 15 minutes to finish. I’m not disappointed in the quality of the work, but I am disappointed in the quality of the service. It would’ve been nice to have been given an accurate wait time, and if the mechanics were running behind, it wouldn’t have taken much for the “host” to politely let me know that the wait time would be longer than expected. I don’t know if I’ll come back to this service center. It was a real drag to sit there forever without any acknowledgment. I try to only leave positive reviews and keep the negative ones to myself, but the excessive effort from this dealership to contact me about my experience has pushed me to leave this review. I hope that this is constructive criticism and that this service center can use it to improve its operations. More

Stopped on a Saturday morning, the service guy said he was booked pretty full for the day. I was there pretty early, he got me in for oil change and tire rotation. No, it's included for 3 years and then you need to subscribe to the service, so it's not free. This vehicle came with PIN Code Access, he doesn't know what that is and suggested we ask when we return in 2 weeks with questions-instead of asking someone? Michael appeared very knowledgeable. He went through many options with us to add on. Very smooth transaction. As for the Dealership, I've already referred my neighbor to your dealership. They plan to purchase a Subaru in the next month or two. More
